Techstart wave 2 opens: nine days to file

The second Techstart wave opens on Monday. The ceiling stays at 200,000 MAD in the general case, and rises to 400,000 MAD where the project is backed by a filed patent. What usually blocks an application is not the amount but the technical evidence. The file must show that proof of concept has been passed: a technical deliverable, a documented first user test, or a working prototype. An intention, however well written, is not enough. Allow two weeks to put that demonstration together properly. If you are starting from scratch today, aim for the following wave instead.
